Ms. Leonard is a 6th grade science teacher at TLMS. She has been at this school for more than 5 years. When she finished graduate school in Maryland, she decided to relocate to NC for her first teaching job and never left! "I live in Louisburg and love the community, the people and the Franklin County school system. I can't imagine working in another district!"

Mrs. Jordan is a native North Carolinian. She has been teaching for over 16 years, with 15 of those years being at Terrell Lane. She has experience teaching math and science at all middle grade levels and science at the high school level. Mrs. Jordan holds an undergraduate degree in Biology Pre-Medicine and a graduate degree in Middle Grades Education Curriculum and Instruction. In addition to teaching at Terrell Lane, she also has served as a Junior Beta Club Sponsor for the past 15 years.

Mr. Osso was born in NY and made the move to NC in 2014. He received his bachelors degree in chemistry and secondary education from Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh,NY. He then went on to get his masters degree in Physical Education from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY. Mr. Osso was a personal trainer, kickboxing instructor and boot camp instructor for 8 years prior to moving down to NC. He has been teaching at TLMS for 5 years now.

8th Grade Science

Ms. Mega moved quite a bit when she was little, but her family eventually settled in Green Ridge MO where she attended school. Ms. Mega left after high school to join the Navy where she served 8 1/2 years as a Nuclear Electronics Technician. During her time in she completed her degree in Nuclear Engineering Technologies through Excelsior College and decided that she would use what she learned to become a teacher. This is Ms. Mega's first year teaching and first year at Terrell Lane, but she plans on making it her new home. She enjoys the students and the community and is excited to see where it takes her!
