Music & Band

Ms. Winstead was born in Spring Hope, North Carolina. Since graduating from East Carolina, she has been teaching band for 20 years, 18 of them at Terrell Lane. While at Terrell Lane Ms. Winstead has earned her Master's Degree in Education. While not teaching she can be found playing bassoon in her band The Vanguard Quartet, playing and conducting the Vance Granville Community Band, enjoying a round of golf, or playing a hand of cards.

Ms. Boden was born and raised in Philadelphia PA. She graduated from Penn State University with her Bachelors of Science in Art Education. She moved to NC in 2005. Ms Boden started her teaching career in Halifax County. She has been the Art teacher at Terrell Lane for 7 years. She loves teaching the students Art in Franklin County!
