Ms. Newsome was born in Jamaica Queens, New York. She attended the University of NC at Chapel Hill, and Shaw University. Ms. Newsome received her Batchelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Accounting.  Upon completion she worked for International Paper Company as an Accounting Specialist, but due to the plant closure switched her profession to a Business Teacher/Math Teacher. Ms. Newsome began at Henderson Middle School and then transferred to Terrell Lane Middle for a total of 19 years in education.

Mr. Lynch a CTE teacher at TLMS and am in my 18th year of teaching. He is a graduate of the University of Mount Olive. Mr. Lynch coaches soccer, basketball and softball at TLMS.
