Ms. Crystal Cofield-Davis, a Franklin County native, previously taught at Terrell Lane Middle School (TLMS) and returned to lead the helm as principal in January of 2022. She is no stranger to the Louisburg area. She is a product of Franklin County Schools and is in her 24th year of service here as an educational leader. Ms. Davis, a graduate of Louisburg High School, completed her Bachelor of Science in Adapted Physical Education and Kinesiotherapy from Shaw University. She later completed her teacher licensure coursework at North Carolina Central University. In 2016, she became a 21st-century leader in the innovative Northeast Leadership Academy (NELA) at North Carolina State University. She has served the county in many capacities, including teacher, athletic coach, curriculum resource teacher, assistant principal and now proud principal. She believes that education is the profession of all professions and strives to keep students at the center of her work.

Mrs. Kendall Doyle, a Frankin County native and graduate of Louisburg High School was selected as the new Assistant Principal starting in the 2022-2023 school year. She has eight years of educational experience which includes serving as a Math teacher and ISS Coordinator. In the 2021-2022 school year, she was Terrell Lane Middle School's Teacher of the Year. We look forward to watching her make an impact in the role of Administration.

Eustice is an educator with thirteen years of experience. Three years experience in teaching all subjects at the elementary level, five years as an elementary school assistant principal, and served as a principal for five years.
