Mr. Ronnie Marshall is proud to serve as Principal of Terrell Lane Middle School. He brings twelve years of experience in education, including five years as a middle school math teacher, one year as an intervention/math coach, and six years as an assistant principal.

Mr. Marshall is passionate about building strong relationships, using data to guide growth, and ensuring every student feels seen, supported, and successful.

He looks forward to partnering with students, staff, families, and the community to help every Tornado thrive.

A proud Franklin County native and graduate of Louisburg High School, Mrs. Kendall Doyle began serving as Assistant Principal in the 2022–2023 school year. She brings nine years of educational experience, including roles as a Math Teacher and ISS Coordinator. Mrs. Kendall Doyle was honored as Terrell Lane Middle School’s 2021–2022 Teacher of the Year, a recognition of her dedication to student success and instructional excellence.

In addition to her classroom and leadership experience, Mrs. Kendall Doyle served as a district Math Ambassador, where she collaborated with colleagues to develop pacing guides and lesson plan templates to strengthen curriculum alignment and support teachers across the district.

We are excited to see the positive impact Mrs. Kendall Doyle will continue to make in her role as Assistant Principal.

Eustice is an educator with fifteen years of experience. Three years experience in teaching all subjects at the elementary level, five years as an elementary school assistant principal, two years as a middle school assistant principal, and served as a principal for five years.
